Vincent and Vincent

We are happy to refund or exchange any Vincent and Vincent purchase, provided that the goods to be refunded or exchanged:
1. have not been custom made or altered in any way for you; and
2. are returned by registered mail in their original condition, to the address below, within 14 working days from your receipt of them.

A returns form is located on the reverse side of the packing slip enclosed with your parcel. Please complete the returns form, indicating the reason for the return and whether you would prefer a refund or your purchase replaced. If you have lost your returns form, please email us and we will promptly resend you one by email.

Please be sure to clearly mark your return shipment as returned goods on any customs or postal forms. We will refund any sum that you have paid to us, with the exception of costs incurred in packing and postage. Only products that are in their original condition will be refunded; others will be returned to customers at their own cost.

For all international returns, please ensure that you clearly declare the goods as ‘unwanted returns’ on all paperwork for Customs. If you fail to do so, we will be charged import duty by Customs; we will then need to pass any such charge on to you when refunding or exchanging your goods.

Please use a courier or registered mail service that requires a signature on delivery.
